The head coach is responsible for managing the coaching staff and team, monitoring each player's performance on and off the field, conditioning the team's skills by conducting training sessions, play calling and design, works closely with the Athletic Director on task and other projects, attend coaches meeting and trainings, as well as encouraging the trainees to reach their full potential.

• The responsibilities of offensive coordinator include leading the offense during practice, designing plays and strategy, and calling offensive plays during football games.  Offensive coordinators report to the head coach.
• The responsibilities of defensive coordinator include leading the defensive during practice, designing plays and strategy, and calling offensive plays during football games.  Defensive coordinators report to the head coach. 

The Cheer Coach is responsible for managing the team, monitoring each player's performance, conditioning the team's skills by conducting training sessions, and encouraging the trainees to reach their full potential.

Each team needs a parent that can commit to helping throughout the entire season. The team parent will assist with managing the sidelines and works with the Coaching staff on other projects and tasks. 

The home team will perform duties of the Chain Crew.  The Chain Crew is a 3-member team.  Holding each end of the first down chain and the down marker. Chain Crew members do not need any knowledge or experience.  All directions will be giving by the game officials.

We will need multiple volunteers to help with the concession stand at each home game.  You will NOT volunteer while your athlete is playing; volunteers will rotate shifts throughout the day.
